Vietnamese Paphiopedilum is over harvested in the wild. Around the world, it is exploited for international trades and horticulture purposes.
The IUCN red list reports that the population of Vietnamese Paphiopedilum has been reduced by 95% over last 3 generation. In 2003, near about 50 of this type was remaining. It was discovered in 1997. It is only found in Thái Nguyen province in Vietnam.
4. Western Underground Orchid.

Location: Western Australia
Conservation Position: Critically Endangered (CR)
Western Underground Orchid is one of the most unique flowers in the world. For this type of name, its entire life underground. It even blooms below the dirt. It had no green part such as stem and leaf. This orchid does not photosynthesis, collect the nutrition from a special type of fungi that grows on broom bush's roots.
5. Sky Blue-Sun Orchid.
Sky Blue-sun orchid has a single erect, fleshy, linear, dark green leaf and upto six relatively small light blue to azure blue flowers with dark veins.
